I bought Roubaix sport 2013 one month ago. I have mainly used it for commute, 2-3 times a week, 63km return trip each time. Compared to my previous Specialized Sirrus, this Roubaix is a BMW vs Toyota. It took me 1 hour 25 minutes to easily finish a 31.5 km distance which has quite a few uphills. With my previous Sirrus, the best time I achieved was 1 hour 50 minutes. This bike is very light, making me going uphills very comfortable. Previously I was always stressed when I was approaching uphills but now I have been looking forward to facing uphills. I feel greatly awarded when I bike with Roubaix. Meanwhile, I also like the looking of Roubaix.
My first road bike, and its perfect from what I can tell. Smooth, comfortable, light, and I really like the look of the bike. The white bar tape will need replaced rather quickly as its already showing wear/dirt but thats a minor issue to me. I can't stop riding it.
